The collaborative IBWG is housed within the National Adaptation Platform and we meet quarterly to share knowledge, the latest tools and practices, and promote one another's work to advance climate resilience. IBWG members include representatives of research institutes, public sector officials from federal, provincial, territorial and municipal governments, academia, non-governmental organizations, funders and private sector associations – all interested in helping guide and shape the future of infrastructure and building resilience in Canada. Together IBWG members advance our shared mission of building a climate-resilient built environment.
How We Work Together
- Quarterly Meetings: Where we hear from key speakers leading on climate resilience, member roundtable updates and share the latest research and webinars
- Resource Sharing: After each meeting, you will find a dedicated meeting post on this site that contains the presentations, meeting notes, shared materials, and a link to the meeting recording
Your insights, experience, and guidance are central to the success of IBWG — and to building the collaborative community we need to meet the challenges ahead. We’re grateful for your time and commitment.
If you have any questions, or ideas of topics you would like covered at an upcoming meeting, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
